	Rovi Corporation, including its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively the "Company") is irrevocably granted unrestricted and perpetual permission to use my name, voice and likeness (whether or not in the form of photographs or video) ("Voice and Likeness") and the literary, dramatic, musical, or artistic work created or adapted by me or performed by me whether or not in collaboration with others, which is featured in the "my entertainment moment at SXSW" video recording made by the Company (the "Work") and excerpts from it and trailers for it, in any and all media by any manner or means whether now known or invented in the future throughout the world perpetually. No monetary or other compensation shall be owed to me for any use or exploitation thereof. I acknowledge that the Company's work in recording me is adequate consideration for all grants provided hereunder. I acknowledge and agree that the Company has the right to edit, crop, or treat my Voice and Likeness and/or the Work at its discretion. I also acknowledge and agree that the Company may choose not to use my name or Voice and Likeness and/or the Work at this time, but may do so at its discretion at a later date. Further, I acknowledge and agree that if my name, Voice and Likeness and/or the Work is posted on the Company's website or other websites that my name, Voice and Likeness and/or the Work can be downloaded by any computer user. The Company reserves the right to discontinue use of my name, Voice and Likeness and/or the Work without notice.
